You can use the Internet Archive at https://web.archive.org/web/20250000000000*/https://www.imdb.com/calendar/ but this depends on what they archived and when. If you are mostly interested in the date of first release, irrespective of country, you can use Advanced Title Search (ATS) to look at titles first released between any two dates. For example, January 2024 releases: https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?title_type=feature&release_date=2024-01-01,2024-01-31&sort=release_date,asc and you can use the filters on the left to limit the results by further criteria.
