IMDB webpage not appearing correctly

Tried different (updated)browsers ( Edge, Chrome, Firefox) but always same issue that IMDB web page does not appear/show correct being text and photos' of the webpage mixed together. Is there actually a general problem with the server? If not how can I fix this? Tried all suggestions mentioned on the IMDB help page

Hi, sorry for late reply because had a back surgery and out of comm for a week. Unfortunately still same problem. The issue solved itself after a day , so thought it was a IMDB general issue, but after restarting PC it reappeared. I'm from Belgium and use the VPN from Norton. Strange thing is that I don't have the issue on my laptop using the same Norton VPN. Attached some print screen how it appears. Thanking you all for your help and looking for a solution.

Hi, Seems that the Norton VPN is the troublemaker. Any ideas how to solve this and still allowing Norton VPN to run?
