I just encountered the subject list for the first time @ https://www.imdb.com/list/ls548443118/. Several options are provided for reordering the list, but what is the default ordering of the list, i.e., the one it starts out with when first presented to the viewer? Is it an ordered list of the programs that IMDb recommends, or what?

@Hallmarkie Please see the notes attached to each title in the list — the order (which you can see from these notes) is in airdate order of the shows; it starts at 16 September and goes forward in time from there through to December at list entry #47, then beyond there, those are shows coming in 2025 without specific announced air dates. Hope this helps.
