I haven't tested whether this is a quirk unique to this title, or whether this is systemic.
My path to the problem page: from the title page I clicked on User Reviews at the top, to be shown a couple of reviews on the title page, then clicked on the first User Review, which launched the URL first quoted above.

@bderoes This is working as designed. When following that link, the featured review is duplicated at the top on all titles. It is just that this is more visible on titles with a smaller number of reviews where there is much more of a chance that the featured review is also the first one on the /title/reviews subpage, as in this case.
