Is it possible

To re-add my ratings to a new account, because i lost access to my old account, but i always have my ratings export

@emailmonther  Ratings imports are not supported, sorry. However, one of the customer service team should be along later to provide instructions on how to recover your old account so the import is not necessary.

@Col_Needham I don't think it's possible, because i lost my email access long time ago, and forgot to change it on my account, now after pc update my imdb account logged out and i can't access it, because it asks email conformation
But if it still possible i can try to contact them
Maybe you can direct me where i can do that?

Have you already contacted our customer service? If you haven't. To help you with your request, I recommend you to contact our customer service. Please remember to include the following information in your message:

  • The IMDb account e-mail address you want to recover
  • The new e-mail address you wish to use to replace the e-mail address of the IMDb account you want to recover
  • Please make sure the new e-mail address is not already registered with IMDb. If it is, you will need to delete that account to free up that email address so that it can be used to recover your IMDb account

You can use the default filter I shared above to contact our customer service team.

Have you contacted our customer service team with the old IMDb account you want to recover? If you have, please try to contact again but with the new email address and include in your message the email address of your old IMDb account.

Also, check your spam/junk folder to see if our team has already answered you.
