Issue with lists

I have experienced this problem many times as well. Every time it happens I just rebuild my list by creating a new one and copying the contents from the original list into it. I haven't found any other way to fix it.

You don't see the problem when you view the list, but when you EDIT the list (on a PC anyway, it sounds like the editor may be different on a cell phone) you will see that more than one title will have the same number to the left of the photo. Those numbers are used to change the position of a title within the list.

Here is an example of a list that has that problem:

(I haven't bothered to rebuild that particular list because its sequence isn't that important to me.)

Noah's screenshot above also shows an example: multiple names with the same number.

I imagine that many other users who edit lists are experiencing this same problem (though I have seen comments indicating that users using an iPhone or iPad to edit their lists are not experiencing the problem).
