Issue with ratings

@Jo_Chinaski Thanks for the problem report. If the issue is still on-going today this will be a local problem (there was an outage at the weekend but this has been resolved now). Please follow the steps in https://help.imdb.com/article/imdb/common-issues/why-is-imdb-displaying-differently-on-my-browser/GF2ZAR69V859XLHF — note that it is not enough to disable your ad blocker because it may have already incorrectly blocked non-ad content which is essential for IMDb to function, including submitting ratings. You should try a different browser without an ad blocker installed and ensure any VPN software is also disabled. If this works, you should report the bug to the suppliers of your ad blocker.
