It's it possible to create an actor Actor rating based upon the average of their IMDB film scores?

If I look up an actor on IMDB it would be nice to have them rated as an actor, a numerical value, which could then be compared to other actors. This could be an average of their IMDB film scores. You could break it down further into movies, TV or other acting credits if you wished. It could be arbitrarily for those with 10 or more acting credits to their name. The same principle could be applied to directorial or screenwriting credits. This would enable IMDB members to see which members of the industry not only are better actors, directors and so forth, but also which ones are more discerning about the work they select. In the long term this could make improvement changes to the industry as people try to improve their IMDB score by being more selective about the work they take. This would cascade down to all cast and crew as the better IMDB score improves the personal score of all concerned.
