list cleared

Hi Col! Thanks very much for the link. I see that you think the problem might be that I have signed into a different account to the one where my lists are. The issue of two accounts has been plaguing me since the time that the Facebook sign in was removed. I have had my lists "removed" twice before and written to you and had them "restored" twice without me changing my sign in details. Does this information help at all? Thanks!

That means that if you create a list or lists, it was not in this account. It seems that you may have more than one IMDb account. If you are unable to remember the email address were you created your lists, please contact us with the user name in that account or a public list created in that account and we will provide you support.
