Lists: Have the List Descriptions go beyond 10,000 characters.

Please have the list descriptions go beyond 10,000 characters. So users can fix their lists that have been on the site since 2009. For example this list needs some updates in the list description: Animated Films that were nominated for or present at the Academy Awards (and are also members too)
