Lists not working correctly

Could you give us more details, such as the numbers where you see the glitch per list?

@Jon​ The entirety of those lists are glitching. Anytime I try to change the number of something, it ends up on a spot that's like three numbers higher or lower than the number I typed in. I tried going through and changing the numbers in order (ex. changing something like 1,1,5,6,8 to 1,2,3,4,5) but I click save and they revert back to the incorrect numbering.
