Hi there! what if you create a feature that allows 2 or more IMDB users share and edit a list. My sister and i really need this!!

As it seems, you can make a list either public or private. It would be nice if there was an "Anyone with the link" button, so we can send our lists to friends, without making them public.

Would it be useful to enable list creators to "invite"
other users to collaborate as co-editors of a list?

(Such collaboration could sometimes lead to disputes.
Perhaps the list collaboration feature could be designed
with some safeguards to mitigate such problems.)

I just created a custom public watchlist, shared the URL with my girlfriend. But how can she ADD titles to my watchlist I shared with her? When she hovers over the 'bookmark' icon in the upper left of the title, my custom watch doesn't come up nor does she have any options to add directly in my list after clicking on the link I sent her. 

Is this even possible?

I'd love to have the feature that I can share my list with a friend and we both are able to add new movies to the list. Yet this is not possible even if the list is public you can't add anything to the list yourself. I am aware that it wouldn't be good to allow this feature for public lists because otherwise, everyone in this community can add stuff. But rather it would be great if you could add to your list just the specific users you want to share the list with and those are then allowed to edit this list (incl. adding). Can you make that possible?

Have the ability for one user to create a publicly "shared" list that everyone who has an invite to or a link to can add Movies and TV Shows to the list.

I was wondering, couldn't you make it possible for the users to share their watchlists with their friends or everybody for that matter? I know I'd use it when trying to pick a film to watch with my friends...

I mean, if we could link our watchlists and find out what films we have there in common, that would be cool.

Can friends view a private list if you send them the url? I have a private list and have sent the url to a friend but it tells him the list is unavailable and it might be a temporary problem.
