Locked out of account.

I do not have my old email address that was attached to my account and now I cannot access the account anymore. I saw a post that had a similar issue and was answered with contacting customer service and letting them know the email, and the new email I would wish to make it (ensuring it is not already being used), but when I try to go to customer support, I just end up here at this forum site. So how do I contact customer support?
