Logged out, does not recognize info

Hi there, I was randomly logged out of IMDb against my preferences. And now I can’t log in. I’m not entirely sure how I logged in previously as it was about a year ago, and the app has remembered my password. I tried “forgot password” but for some reason it doesn’t recognize my email. If I try Gmail, it asks me to create a new account. please help.
