Logged out, does not recognize info

Hi there,

I was randomly logged out of IMDb against my preferences. And now I can’t log in. I’m not entirely sure how I logged in previously as it was about a year ago, and the app has remembered my password.

I tried “forgot password” but for some reason it doesn’t recognize my email. If I try Gmail, it asks me to create a new account. 

please help.

Same here. And none of the email addresses I've provided, even defunct email addresses, or even my name have come up with anything in customer service. Everything is absolutely suddenly lost.
