Looking for post 2000 horror film title

Hello All,

Looking for the name of a post 2000 horror movie - pretty sure it was after 2000 - maybe even 2010 or so.

The movie poster was a demon / ghost girl, (the main character) - creepy smile, and in the movie a creepy laugh  - "heee heee heee". She wore a black or white - or black and white - chocker around  neck. The name of the movie was the characters name - I want to say it started with an A.  The main plot was a group of friends trapped in a house, and she made them each do a challenge to try to escape - but they each ended up dying. 
This wasn't a huge popular movie, don't recall it getting a lot of attention.
