Acknowledged

loss of full cast information

The new and improved IMDb has lost its brilliance with limited cast information to just the "regulars" on TV series episodes and no information on the guest actors. Very sad and disappointed in this change. I do hope the future will bring back full cast information for the audience.

No such change has been made. If you could say what you are looking at maybe there is another explanation.

The change from years of previous cast listing style happened less than a year ago. Then, if you pulled up an episode of a tV series, there was a listing of the regulars and many of the guest stars and there was a toggle button to see a listing of other cast members and guest stars. Now, all you see is a listing of the regulars on the series. I do not know what caused this change, but all the same there was a change to abbreviate listings.

As Peter indicates above, no such change has been made. Perhaps you are looking at a show for which we do not have complete listsings? Please provide an example title and episode, with links which show the problem you are trying to report. Here’s an example of a recent show where we do have the information: start at the page for “The Pitt” (2025) at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt31938062/ and visit episode 1 at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt32561670/ where you will see the first 18 cast members; to view the rest of the cast, you can either click the arrow in the cast heading “Top cast 51]” or click on “Cast & crew” in the upper right of the episode page, or “Cast & crew” in the “All topics” menu (also in the upper right of the page). This will take you to https://www.imdb.com/title/tt32561670/fullcredits/ Hope this helps.
