Lost information

I am signed in imdb.com since 2018, I use app and always been signed in in my phone. Today (I do not know why it happened), the app asked me to sign in. Ok. I did it. But :( i found out that all my watchlists diddapeared, all history and information is lost :( why :( is it possible to bring it back:)
