Minor grammar suggestions

1. After clicking the filter button on a profile page there is the label "Movie, TV, etc" under the "Project type" button.

The "etc" should probably include a period as in "Movie, TV, etc.".

2. The "Log In" modal has the text "Sign in with a IMDb Community account or sign up to create one".

This should be "an IMDb" instead of "a IMDb".

3. The “When you click Post, you’ll be asked to Sign in.” should probably be “sign in” instead of “Sign in”.
