Missing showtimes issue in the UK and other countries.

No showtimes appearing for any films/dates. Maybe since app update 2/4. Is this a bug or service no longer offered?

@LizzieN  Thanks for the problem report and sorry for the inconvenience.  We have opened a ticket with the iOS app team to investigate.  We see the same problem here (Bristol, UK) so this is a general issue.  The ticket reference is #D127860134.

It seems this goes beyond the iOS app and it also includes the site and Android app.  Only some countries (including the UK) are affected though.  We are working on the issue.

@LizzieN Ah sorry, how does it look now? It could have taken a short while for all of the showtimes data to reappear as it was reloaded one day at a time.

Still not got all showtimes for Friday onwards on IOS app.  Have Location set to 10km and says 70 films.

Mother's Instinct is now only showing being on at Kiln Theatre, Kilburn - whereas the FilmMate app has it on at Fulham Road Picturehouse, Everyman Chelsea, Curzon Mayfair, Curzon Victoria,  Everyman King's Cross, Odeon Covent Garden and so on...  a mystery.

@LizzieN Sorry for the delay here.  We are still working on the issue.  Your feedback has been valuable in narrowing down the true cause, thanks (sadly, yesterday's fix only worked for showtimes yesterday/today/tomorrow).

An update on this which is now a general issue across the site and apps outside of the US/Canada:

Unfortunately there has been an outage from the source of our showtimes data. This has resulted in showtimes not correctly populating on the IMDb site. Although we do not have definitive times for a resolution, our provider is urgently working to resolve the issue, and reinstate this service. We will continue to update as the situation changes.

Thank you for your patience and understanding in the meantime.

Hello I have a question related to showtimes. Up until a week ago, I always had like 50 or on weekends even 70 films displayed that sre showing in the area.

Then for a day or two, the list was down to zero, which made me think there is some technical issue going on. Good news is it is no longer zero, but only around 20 lately.

What is happening? Is this only for me that the quantity is down?

The link for my area is Showtimes for 13347 DE - IMDb

Note: This comment was created from a merged conversation originally titled Showtimes section considerably reduced

@LizzieN / @Horst  Our showtimes feed provider has been able to address their issues and the latest showtimes are now flowing through in the previously affected countries, including the UK and Germany.  Sorry once again for the inconvenience.
