My cast list addition to IMDb was rejected even though it is correct

I noticed that the IMDb cast list for episode 5 of "Carrie" (2026) was missing Heather Graham's name (she plays Madison Hargensen). So I submitted an addition to IMDb but it was rejected. The reason given was "Your contribution has been declined. We have been unable to verify your contribution."

But she is clearly in the episode and her name appears in the closing credits for the episode! So why was my addition rejected? Don't IMDb editors actually check these things?
