My IMDB account is suspended permanently

I had an IMDB account ('sign in with IMDB', not Google/ Facebook/ Amazon) for a long time and a few days ago I received an email from Amazon informing me that my Amazon account is suspended, which was quite confusing because I don't use Amazon at all. Then I got logged out of my IMDB account, thus I wrote to Amazon to appeal. They didn't provide any clarification and just informed me that my account is suspended permanently because they "were unable to verify the account details"?? This is super frustrating because I had more than a thousand ratings in there plus a long list of movies to watch. Could I appeal again and how? Many thanks.
