My IMDb Watchlist Becomes Private automatically, but becomes public after I visit it by logging in

I've verified this a huge number of times. When I open up my watchlist without logging in (or in incognito mode), it doesn't load up and shows as private. As soon as I access the same watchlist URL after having logged in to the account that owns the list, the list automatically becomes publicly available. It then remains public for a certain amount of time that I haven't yet narrowed down; it could be a few hours or a day or something, but definitely within 2 days is when it resets to being private again. Hi, even though my list has been fixed, the fix has broken the sort order. Previously, it was sorted correctly by latest added first. Now it's broken because it's oldest added first, which is kinda pointless. Everytime I want to view the watchlist, I need to change the sort order on my IMDb app. Please please fix it, thank you!

@dakshj List sort orders in the app are stored locally and we do not control them, sorry. If you change the sort order in the app, it will remain in that order whenever you access the app until you change it again. The default Watchlist order on the site is always oldest added first and this needs to be manually changed each time — this is a limitation of the website. You can bookmark/favourite your list in your preferred order on the site. Hope this helps.
