My list is set as Public but shows as Private to others. HELP!

@Sally​ You tell me which conditions have I violated in this list, whereas I have created this list myself and the post link in it has been written by me myself. So why can't the original content be made public?

Please note that adding links to sites external to IMDb in the listings is not allowed. Our system automatically blocks listings with links or hyperlinks to sites external to IMDb.

@Jon​ So why is this list of this user still being shown publicly? If I have committed policy violation, then this user has also done the same, then block his list also.

@Jon​ As per your suggestion, I have completely removed the links given in the list I created. Now can you show this list of mine publicly because it is still showing as private.
