My lists suddenly are not showing amymore even though they are set to public

I have a total number of 38 created lists, and not a single one of them are showing anymore since yesterday. When i am logged out of my account and trying to access any of those lists it pops up this message: This list is not public, The creator of this list has not enabled public viewing.

But in reality i have. In every single one of my lists all of them are set to public. Is this a form of shadow ban to my lists? And if that's the case what is the reason behind that? I have put too much work in those lists in my free time as a hobby and now suddenly they are all gone? I can access them when i am logged into my account just fine. But logged out of my account i can't. They are all set to public from settings. So i don't know what is the problem exactly.

Can a real human being and not a bot help me resolve this issue please?

@Edward Well its the third time my problem reappears. My lists are still not showing. Every time you fix my problem the lists are showing just right for only a couple of hours and then the problem appears again.... I will not post anything about this problem again. I am bored to post the same thing over and over again. It is what it is ....

@Jon I am so disappointed and annoyed with how your service team works its actually unbelievable. How after that many days (2 weeks to be exact) you still haven't fixed my problem when users like gregorymaria_51553, tasaraus and TheArch all had the same problem that i had and their problem was solved in one day? I worked so hard in those lists that most of my gaming section lists were in the top 5 results in the first page of google ahead of popular sites like ign, pc gamer, game informer, gamespot, gamesradar and so on.... It smells like a shadowban to me, to promote those sites. I use regularly my IMDb account to not only write movie and TV series reviews but to create lists and articles too. IMDb is a shell of it's former self that was 10 years ago, sad and pathetic

Hello @Revo94,

Please note that the cases of the users you mentioned, although they were problems with their lists, they did not need the intervention of the technical team, since the problem they had was different.

In your case, the technical team is still working on not only recovering your information, but also to ensure that the situation does not happen again.

We appreciate your patience and understanding!
