My Watch History says I have 1 title on there but no title appears so can't see much less delete it

This has been going on for months now.  I'm a little OCD so it's driving me up the wall.  My Watch History says I have 1 title on there but when I click on Watch History, nothing appears.  No cover art.  No title.  Nothing to see or click on.  I'd love to have that mystery title removed.  I've already deleted my cache and cookies and signed in and signed out etc but to no avail.  I noticed a thread from a month or so ago in which someone named Ozzy fixed the same issue for a couple of other people but it's closed now so couldn't add myself to that thread to get mine fixed too.  Thank you in advance.
