None of my reviews count

I am new user so that my be why there is a problem, but I have noticed that none of my ratings have counted toward either the total number or reviews or the specific number of ratings (eg, six people voted for 5/10). I was quite enjoying the site before that, but it feels pointless if my ratings are ignored. It is also very strange that my review (which includes a rating) has been approved and posted, but the number doesn't count.

Is this simply an issue of being a relatively new account of is there something else I'm missing?

I know my ratings aren't counting on the display because I've ratedsome very small older films that don't have many reviews, the chances of every single one having someone with the same rating as me undo their rating as I made mine is zero.
