NOT ABLE TO ACCES MY IMDB ACCOUNT

Hi, 2 years before I have created my profile in IMDB and added my works there. Now I want to update my profile with my latest works. But now when I try to log in to IMDB, since I dont remember the password, I selected "Forgot your password?" option and mentioned my email id to reset password, but I am getting an error message saying "We're sorry. We weren't able to identify you given the information provided." Tried with my another email id and phone number, but same error. There is no chance of me creating an account with either one of my two email ids or the phone number. I don't know how to access my account now. Is there any way i can access my account ?
