Notifications for shows not on Watchlist

I've adjusted my Preferences, opted out of General Emails, checked the boxes only for "Watchlisted Shows on Tonight" and "Watchlisted Movies in Wide Release," but I have yet to be notified of any of them. However, I still get notifications for "True Detective" which is not on my Watchlist. How can I eliminate emails for shows not on my list? Thanks. -- torqueflite
