Notifications stopped working
My notifications stopped working what feels like years ago. I’ve searched for answers but can’t find a solution.
I tried using the app and set up push notifications to remind me when the shows on my watchlist were in but that didn’t work either. For some reason on my iPhone setting under notifications, IMDb isn’t on the list.
I’ve turned in my email notifications on my IMDb account settings but that hasn’t worked either. I even tried a new email thinking that would solve my problems but the email notifications never came to that email either. I checked my spam folder and couldn’t find them.
I don’t know what else I can try. Looks like it might be a common issue out there.

After confirming all of your subscriptions as described, if you are still not receiving the emails and you are located in a supported country, please let us know:
1. In which country are you located and does that country match the settings on https://www.imdb.com/preferences/general
2. The titles of 2-3 items on your watchlist which have a release date on IMDb in your country yet for which you did not receive a notification.
Note the list of supported countries in the above help page and ensure your settings match a supported country for theatrical releases. For TV-episodes, there must be a release date for your selected country listed on the IMDb release date page for that episode.
