Notifications stopped working

My notifications stopped working what feels like years ago. I’ve searched for answers but can’t find a solution. I tried using the app and set up push notifications to remind me when the shows on my watchlist were in but that didn’t work either. For some reason on my iPhone setting under notifications, IMDb isn’t on the list. I’ve turned in my email notifications on my IMDb account settings but that hasn’t worked either. I even tried a new email thinking that would solve my problems but the email notifications never came to that email either. I checked my spam folder and couldn’t find them. I don’t know what else I can try. Looks like it might be a common issue out there.

K I did have to change my settings such that “Do not send me informational emails is not checked,” but I’m still missing notifications. All other settings were properly set. I’m from Canada and my profile is set to Canada. Three of titles on my watchlist that are currently being released and I’m not receiving notifications for are: 1) Welcome to Wrexham 2) Aksoka 3) Only Murders in the Building

This sounds like my issue. I will make this change and wait a week get my notifications.
