Now Streaming emails/lists specific to country

I regularly receive 'now streaming' emails with links that take you to a list on the app/website. I'm often excited as a film I'm waiting to stream is displayed on the link's image, but when I get to the list, it's always USA-centric, and doesn't adjust for my jurisdiction. IMDb captures my jurisdiction data, so is it possible to adjust these lists based on the person's country?
