Ok this is a very interesting technical bug

Searching IMDb for the exact movie title “What?” does not return the titles What? (1972) or What? (2021) in the search results. Both titles exist on IMDb and can be accessed directly through their individual title pages. The issue appears to be with IMDb's search handling of a title consisting of a common word followed by a question mark.

When you enter that with the question mark, it returns the titles "What if..."
