Original Email has been deleted and I don't know the password to my account

My IMDb account is on an old gmail that has since been deleted. This wouldn't be a problem if I knew what the password to the IMDb account was. Which I don't. I am still logged in in my phone app but you can't change email from the app for some reason (at least I don't think you can) Is there anything I can do?
