Payment for rating on telegram

Someone contacted me offering this job that consented in rating movies on IMDB (from telegram)(which i checked, the rating is going on to the real imdb site) and also you have prepaid option assignments, where you need to pay a summary with which you buy data and in exchange you get a bonus percentage. Is that real?

Adel: That sounds like a scam, especially if you have to pay them first and supposedly get paid back later.
