Personal tags

Two reasons: 1- We can't add our own personal tags to the public tags because they won't benefit any other people. For example, a tag called "thing I think I would like" or "My favorite Bosnian actors" are related to me only. 2- Adding tags to the public tags is a process, that needs approval and such, it is not convenient. 3- It is not practical to create lists for this, because the lists are meant for the main things, not for the endless niceties that are tags (Imagine scrolling through tens or hundreds of lists every time)
