Photo Gallery / mediaindex

Is there a way to view the photo galleries by page anymore, instead of infinite scrolling? Such as adding something to the url? Some titles have thousands of images, and I'd like to know when I've hit the end of the gallery. With infinite scrolling sometimes loading is delayed, or buggy. Galleries with the page layout/format, you can at least know when you've hit the end.
