Please let us contact list creators in any way

E.g. I've been following one interesting list for quite some time but the person working on it recently added a wrong actor to it (exact same name, even the same age, but different person) and it has been irking me ever since but I can't contact the creator to tell them about that mistake (which i'm also pretty sure they would like to know because other than that they've been quite meticulous with that list).
