Hello.
I don't work for IMDb. But after your new picture/poster was live on IMDb, did you try to
"Modifying an existing primary poster"
as described here:
"IMDb | Help"
This was just done for my tv show series. It does say approved. But it haven’t change yet??
It usually takes a bit of time (minutes/hours- not days) from a submission is approved until you can see the change live on IMDb.
