Problem on Star Trek: Turnabout Intruder

It's not greyed out. It seems to accept a click, but nothing happens. I believe it should be greyed out. There is another episode that was aired later, in 1988, but that was the late-released pilot, now listed as S1.E0, which is reasonable. thanks,
