Public list does not work

It doesn't matter if I put my list on public or private because in both situations no one else can see the list except me, so , how do I fix this annoying issue and create a public list that everyone can see?

No, this isn't my main IMDb account, the list that I'm talking about is this one: http://www.imdb.com/list/ls523787584/

and not only this list has this problem but also every other public list that I create in this account (I mean my main IMDb account) is like this and can't be seen publicly
