Public List is Not Viewable to the Public? Censorship on IMDB?
I have a couple of public lists that include commentary and a list of recommended films. One is a list of my favourite films and the other is a list of Vietnam War films. Both lists have been set to public since they were created a few years ago. There has been a lot of draconian censorship and deletion of online content in the last three years, so I often check to see if what I post on various websites is actually visible to the public. I checked both of my IMDB lists a couple of days ago and noticed that my favourite films list is still visible to the public but the list on Vietnam War films is not. I have checked repeatedly in that time and despite attempting to change the setting for this particular list from public to private and then back to public again, nothing has changed. The Vietnam War was controversial to say the least, so I suspect something more is going on here. I may be wrong but it seems very suspicious seeing as it is the only thing that is blocked from public viewing. I would very much like to get this corrected without too much fuss. I spent a fair amount of time and effort writing the commentary because I am knowledgeable on the subject. There is nothing in that commentary that should warrant censorship. At least not in a reasonable democratic society. If someone can advise me on this issue that would be very helpful. I have taken a photo of the blocked list as it appears when I am not signed in. It is fully viewable and present when I am signed in. Thanks.
