Public list that is private

I am the only one who can view my lists setted as public. As I can see, I'm not the only one who suffer this issue, but the only solution i have found is to contact the help center, but i can't contact it because "The answer to this query is provided above (in the list FAQ guide), therefore the email option below is inactive". One of my lists is this CVLT - IMDb (I'd like if all my lists can be public, not only this one or only lists that I have in this moment)
