Public lists not displaying publicly

@Edward seems to have solved this for someone else a few months ago (https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/imdbcom/public-lists-not-showing-public/64b43bddd5e0bd6c5681cf89) but mine are still doing it and I just found out - please help! They're all definitely set to public, but when I check in an incognito window, it says "This list is not public The creator of this list has not enabled public viewing"
