Public user list not viewable by others

This is the 3rd time this has happened to this user list. I have already tried flipping it to private and back to public. https://www.imdb.com/list/ls058196561/

Great Edward, thanks for fixing it again.....do we know what causes it?....I try to avoid doing anything might do that. My sister is the one that usually alerts me that it's not up.
