Question about IDing people in group shots....

You know how on Facebook you can drag your cursor over a person in a photo and their name tag appears? Will IMDb ever be able to do that in the future? Sometimes there are a lot of people in an image and it would be useful. Just wondering.

Yes if you put the cursor of the thumbnail the names show up. What I'm writing about is the cursor over the single group image. I happen to know the cast of The Waltons but what about group shots of lesser known people like at a red carpet event with a bunch of cast and producers and you don't know what name goes with what person. This is just a wondering on my part. If it's not in the plans that's fine. :)

Hi, Ben Hampel. Well, people who have ever used Facebook extensively (even a long time ago) know exactly what you meant. If I understand correctly, ACT_1 isn't too familiar with the utilities present on Facebook therefore misunderstood you.

I remember the old Facebook from over ten years ago. Gosh, it seemed so cutting edge at the time, and yet I can't see where it has made much progress technologically since then. To be fair, I might not know, since I've not logged in since my original account was banned. I had though about joining Twitter, but I estimated that all social media sites suffer from the same corruption and abuse. So many of the things people are complaining about in social media nowadays, I recognized right away, back in the year 2008, long before Edward Snowden decided to blow the whistle.
