Rate button and add to watchlist button keeps loading perpectually

@Neon Thanks for the problem report.  Unfortunately this is likely to be a local problem, so please see https://help.imdb.com/article/imdb/common-issues/why-is-imdb-displaying-differently-on-my-browser/GF2ZAR69V859XLHF  (since you have already tried disabling your ad blocker, please see the points on private browsing and trying other browsers; the same applies to any VPN settings, and it might be worth trying a different network connection if you have one available, for example, using a mobile phone as a WiFi hotspot).
