Ratings export not working correctly

On my IMDB profile and in my IMDB ratings list I have 27,165 titles rated. However, when I download the data to a csv file using the Export option, I only have 27,140. Where are the missing 25? Is there an issue with the download that causes some to be missed? It doesn't appear to be a browser issue: I get the same problem in Chrome and Edge. Another user queried this three years ago and was told that some titles get removed because they were duplicates (though I'd be surprised if there are 25 duplicates in my list). If so, shouldn't my profile tally reduce too? If not, isn't this a bug that needs to be fixed?
