Ratings Table: Add ratings for special episodes and pilot episodes

Specials are usually written as S00E01, S00E02, etc. This can be helpful to include in the ratings table. Having a column for this solves a number of issues, like incorrect episode numbering, or misleading users who take the info presented by the table at face value and dont think twice. Example design of Game of Thrones table: https://files.catbox.moe/2w2td9.png Depending on the series, some do release the pilot as the first episode, like TADC, in which case no changes would be made, except maybe adding a label (see below). For cases like this, its probably a good idea to have an indicator for contributors, or letting them know in some other way before they submit incorrect changes (i.e., changing the pilot episode number from 1 to 0). (Afaik) The info from the table comes from the Episodes List page. For this, I propose adding new labels to show the same info.
