Recommendations frozen

My Top Picks section has been stuck on the generic 'browse more' screen for over a month despite having 80+ ratings on major blockbusters (Inception, Oppenheimer, etc.) and an empty Watchlist. I have tried rating more popular films and clearing cache. Any help?
