Rejected addition to cast/producer even when proof is provided

For entry 260730-235337-676000 - 

I have provided screenshots of the agreement between myself (Producer) and an actresses agent where it is agreed that she will star in the film and be credited as EP as well. You still rejected it. I resubmitted it AGAIN (Now pending again) and request that a manager approve it. I have never had this issue before and have cast actors of the same level of fame and they were always approved.
