Remove Before Flight, Ejection Pin, Aviation Movie Scene

Looking for a movie clip I saw years ago (watched it dubbed in English on YouTube, sometime before 2022, video may since have been taken down? Possibly Russian in origin, but I'm not sure). Feels like from 2000's. A single pilot is flying an experimental military jet. The ground crew mechanic forgets to remove the Remove Before Flight pin from the ejection seat. The pilot goes to eject, but can't, the seat won't fire because the pin is still in. He's forced to land the aircraft instead, and manages to bring it down safely. After landing, the pilot finds the pin. Instead of reporting the mechanic's mistake, he quietly hands it back to him and says something like "hide this" protecting him from getting in trouble. The pilot also says something along the lines of not wanting to crash the aircraft anyway, because it was too expensive to lose. Any ideas? Thanks!
